Happy Thursday everyone! I have a super exciting announcement. No, I am not pregnant.
If you have been around these parts for any length of time you know that I am BOFF (Best Online Friends Forever) with
. Another thing you probably know that is that we are both committed and passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.
However, we both do that differently.
P!nky is a personal trainer, Les Mills instructor and well overall badass when it comes to lifting, macros and handstands.
I, on the other hand, gave up my gym rat routine after I had E and started working out from home.
My lifestyle took a huge change post-baby.
I had to lean not only to eat differently, but workout differently, and on E’s time.
But no matter how, or when you get your fitness on, we can all use a little motivation.
And, its always fun to see what other ladies and moms are doing to try and stay healthy among the chaos of life. So, P!nky and I would like to introduce you to a new linkup: Monthly Motivation!
The linkup will be once a month on the first Tuesday of the month.
That means our first one will be Tuesday, June 5
We would love for you all to come and share your fitness routines, tips, tricks, recipes, meal plan, supplements, healthy snacks and meals for kiddos…. Anything and everything related to trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
