Hello Monday! Can you believe we are half way through June? I swear I blinked and now June is almost gone! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and Father's Day.

We had a great and busy weekend. Friday morning I took E up to the Police HQ to fulfill her dreams.  She recently told me she wanted to be a police officer, so mama hooked her up.

She got to meet some, play in a police car and be the chief (he has an awesome chair).  They treated her  like a police princess.

Friday night we double dated with my brother and his girlfriend to Concerts in the Garden.  Our symphony orchestra does these wonderful concerts in our Botanic Garden.  This one was Star Wars complete with laser light show.  It was such a fun evening and I enjoyed surprising my brother.

Saturday was dance class and then our office party. It was so much fun.  The kids swam, played and ate.

Saturday evening I had an 1 1/2 deep tissue massage and it was just what I needed.  I literally got done, went home, took a bubble bath and went to bed.  Hubs went to his fav local bar for the evening.

Sunday hubs and I slept in a tad.  Then I went for a hot and sweaty 3 mile run.  My goal is to get back into my long runs.  I really would like to run a half marathon soon and really want to do the Disney half!

Then I made breakfast for everyone and then E had a twirling lesson. I love watching her take lessons from the same woman who taught me for 20+ years.  We made a quick trip to Target to get some shorts for E and some workout clothes for me.

I am headed to Indianapolis this weekend for our coach Summit and I needed some new duds.  I am super excited to not only meet up with my team, but I get t meet Autumn Calabrese, creator of 80 day Obsession and 21 Day Fix.  I hit a big goal and this was a reward!!

After E napped we headed to the Zoo for a quick play at the splash pad.  E loves water and the splash pad is the best! 4 slides, water hoses, small slides, water guns.... oh, and you can see animals too!

All in all, we had a great weekend and wonderful Father's Day!  Tonight I have my monthly dinner with my girlfriends and I am so excited! What did you all do?
