Fit to Feast
And just like that it’s November and Christmas is practically knocking on our doors. I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween and managed to snag a piece of candy or two from your kiddos.
Personally, I love November. The weather in Texas cools down slightly, we have some days off work and well there is a whole holiday devoted to eating. What could be better? It is also a time to count our blessings and be thankful for the bounty of our lives. My goals this month are focusing on that theme.
Help E sort through her toys to donate to the local women’s shelter.
Participate in her school’s canned food drive.
Only spend on what we need.
Adopt a family for a Thanksgiving meal.
Write in my blessings/gratitude journal everyday.
Spend quality time with my husband.
Try 3 new fall recipes for dinner. (suggestions welcome).
Get Christmas card photos done.
Organize my master bedroom closet.
Organize the guestroom closet.
Help 3 new women start their health & fitness journey.
Pray thoughtfully and honesty.
