Meal Plan Monday: Meatless Meals
It’s Monday! And I am starting a new Monday routine, inspired by Mix & Match Mama, Shay.
I’m super excited to start sharing some of the recipes I love at my house that fit my meal plan. Most you know that I follow an 80/20 lifestyle and do portion control. I am not a calorie counter, nor do I believe in restricting food groups. So, I loosely follow the 21 Day Fix portion control. So, I want to start sharing some of my favs each week!
